Mr. Khandelwal (INDIA), having worked in the senior executive service (IA&AS) of India retired after 36 years with professional experience that included the post of Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General of India, Chairman of Government Accounting Standards Advisory Board, Chairman of Task force set up by Government of India to reform accounts of Urban Local bodies, Finance Member of the Delhi Development Authority, President of the Institute of Public Auditors of India.
